Processing of NBC messages in military GIS environment

Abstract


The Ground Forces of the Czech Army are developing the operational-tactical system. At Military Academy in Brno were prepared several tasks for „Assessment of nuclear and chemical situation and hazard prediction“. These applications make data processing of NBC messages upon NATO – STANAG 2103 (ATP-45) standard. The main goal of these programs was to create prediction of hazard areas, drawing these areas on map of military GIS and find on the map troops which could be affected by the nuclear or chemical hazard.

Dynamic Model of Spatial Motion of Missile

Abstract


In this work is suggested computational solution of dynamic spatial motion of a missile. This missile is guided by proportional navigation and its modifications. The task is solved for manoeuvring target, manoeuvre is being realized by the alternation of altitude, heading or by the combination of both.

Running Stochastic System Identification

Abstract


Stochastically identification is important from the point of view to determine a behavior of the system for an adaptation of the regulator. Deterministic signals for system identification give us only small variety; conversely with help of the white noise as a test signal, we will get more information about system. Hence is the task of running identification designed effective numerical procedure in the time domain. Using of the numerical method is advantageous form both viewpoints time intensiveness of the system identification, and accuracy of the impulse response estimation. The importance in the solution has the definition of the relation between velocity of the regulated system parameters changes and the ability of the designed identification method to react on these changes.

Can Robots Demine as Deminer?

Abstract


Many experts and practical with disbelief judge the question of the robotical demining, many are persuaded of the impossibility of the humanitarian deminer replacement and many reject robots as a demining device at once. And they are right, unluckily. Even if there are experiments to create demining robot, there is no robotical system, which would be able autonomous control its actions and to clear demanded part of the terrain. But nowadays R&D in the field of the detection technique, electronics and communication offers new possibilities, which can able using of the demining robots in the future.
